Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion
The Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion is a CALLING from Jesus to serve his flock his body and most precious blood. Jesus said the humble shall inherit the earth. We should exercise our ministry with HUMILITY. Though we are not worthy, still we are chosen.
We Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion truly BELIEVE that we are administering the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ to our brothers and sisters. They are not symbols. The Extraordinary Ministers must be practiced with utmost DIGNITY as we communicate the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ to our brothers and sisters in Christ. It is our privilege to SERVE Jesus' flock. It is a special duty to a holy event; there is no room for anything less.
Service as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion is a true COMMITMENT. Do not take it lightly. We must have unwavering FIDELITY to Jesus Christ in our ministry. This loyalty is a must for Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion.
Please volunteer your time and talent. Your rewards will come from within - True joy and serenity.

Prayers
Lord of the harvest, your Word finds a home in our hearts, calls us into community, and invites us to generously save your human family. Bless with courage and spirit your priestly people, called to full participation in the one Body of Christ. May many choose to respond to your call with service offered in Jesus name. Amen.
Anima Christi
Soul of Christ, sanctify me;
Body of Christ, save me;
Blood of Christ, inebriate me;
Water from the side of Christ, wash me;
Passion of Christ, strengthen me;
O good Jesus, hear me;
Within your wounds hide me;
Separated from you, let me never be;
From the evil one, protect me;
At the hour of my death, call me;
And close to you bid me;
That with your saints, I may be praising you forever and ever. Amen
